All orders placed through our website are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse located at 1820 Bovingdon Lane, Ocoee, Florida 34761, United States. This central location allows us to efficiently process and dispatch orders to customers across the country.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Star Magic Solutions ships exclusively within the United States. We are unable to process or fulfill orders with international shipping addresses, including U.S. territories and military APO/FPO addresses. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact our customer service team to inquire about potential future availability in your region.

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order on our website, our fulfillment team will begin preparing your items for shipment. Please note the following regarding order processing:

  • Standard processing time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date the order is placed.
  • Business days: Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
  • Weekend and holiday orders: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
  • Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. The total delivery time for your order will be the processing time plus the shipping transit time based on your selected shipping method.

  • Orders totaling $50.00 or more: Customers who place orders with a merchandise total of $50.00 or more qualify for free economy shipping. This discount is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
  • Orders weighing between 0 and 5 pounds: For orders under $50.00 that weigh up to 5 pounds, the economy shipping cost is $4.90.
  • Orders weighing between 5 and 70 pounds: For larger orders under $50.00 that weigh between 5 and 70 pounds, the economy shipping cost is $19.90.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is a faster option for customers who would like to receive their order sooner. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3 to 4 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Orders weighing between 0 and 1 pound: For lightweight orders weighing up to 1 pound, the standard shipping cost is $6.90.
  • Orders weighing between 1 and 5 pounds: For orders weighing between 1 and 5 pounds, the standard shipping cost is $9.90.

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Your final shipping cost is determined by the following factors:

  • Order weight: The combined weight of all items in your cart.
  • Shipping method selected: Whether you choose economy or standard shipping at checkout.
  • Promotional eligibility: Orders of $50.00 or more automatically qualify for free economy shipping.

Delivery Estimates

The delivery timeframes listed above are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Estimated delivery windows: Economy shipping typically arrives within 5 to 8 business days, and standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days after the order has shipped.
  • Factors affecting delivery: Actual delivery times may vary depending on your geographic location, carrier performance, weather conditions, natural disasters, high shipping volumes during peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Remote or rural areas: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take additional time beyond the standard estimates.

Star Magic Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility. However, if you experience significant delays or issues with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
